A wonderful combination of ancient self care and yoga practices, combined together to get the very best of it all.

Combining different aspects of yogic practice in to a full wellness pack for self-exploration, relaxation and wellbeing. Yoga has it all; mindfulness, meditation, spirituality, physical health, emotional support, mental wellbeing, and a community of open minded people with a positive approach to life.

There are many practices and traditions, that recognise yoga as a well respected tool for understanding the self and helping to maintain a good balance at all levels. Essentially, all the traditions hold similar concepts and ideas with health and wellbeing at their core, just with different name and perspectives.

In this workshop, we will explore ancient self-care practices for wellbeing, breathing techniques, relaxation methods and physical exercises, coming from Himalayan Yoga tradition, Ayurveda, Chinese medicine, Qi Gong and more. These practices hold concepts of human-nature, and mother-nature - it is our goal to come to understand a good balance between the two; as aspects from one support the other, and so on.

Bringing various aspects of sacred knowledge together in a simple, understandable, and useful approach to our wellbeing, gives us the capacity and range to help us in daily life.

Face Yoga is a fully natural alternative to anti-aging remedies, and a wonderful tool to connect with ourselves, to start the journey of self-love and acceptance. By practicing a series of facial exercises you learn to tone the muscles beneath the skin, which increases circulation and blood flow. Thus, increasing firmness as we utilise some muscles we may have lost touch with.


We will use traditional techniques that have been used for thousands of years in Eastern medicine, and combine them with modern, scientifically proven research and a simple holistic approach.

The practice is made of face exercises, relaxation techniques, face massage, Pranayama (breathing techniques) and a lot of laughter (from inside and outside).

Taoistic practice is a Chinese medicine, yoga and Qi Gong inspired physical practice, combining movement, breath meditation, philosophy and improvisation. It is a wonderful tool that can help you understand your energy, focus, and help you to relax, connect with your body and feel grounded, present and inspired afterwards.

Restorative yoga

With restorative yoga, we heal with stillness. Your breath and body connect and realign. The physical, emotional and mental bodies are refined by practicing gentle movement and stillness for extended periods of time.

The practice is based on the teachings of B.K.S Iyengar, and at its core, it is a practice of passive healing and deep relaxation.
