Five Elements: Exploring Yoga through the elements of nature

About the Event
5 weeks of a transformative practice, with each session dedicated to one of the five natural elements found in Vedas, especially Ayurveda; Fire, Water, Air, Earth and Aether.
The practice will be working with chakras and meridians in the body, and each session including elements of yoga that best suits the element and works with its properties.
When working with Fire energy, we will work with determination, decisiveness, strength, wildness, the explosion of creativity. With Elements of Ashtanga practice with Kriyas from Himalayan Kundalini and Hatha yoga.
We will them move to flowing Water energy. This will support the natural flow of life and ability to let go, release, flow, nourish, cleanse, and detox: cleansing and detoxifying Kriyas with cleansing techniques from Face Yoga balancing hormones and Vinyasa Flow.
When we channel Air energy we will works through absolutely magical Pranayamas, Chi movements, exploring movements freely through intuition, and work on practices that work towards the personal liberation of repetitive patterns, breaking down addictions, creating space and place for prana to flow, and us to grow.
We will then ground down and welcome Earth energy, which will promote balance, being present and clear with the practice of Yin yoga, Hatha, Restorative yoga, Savasana adjustments, working on correct alignment in basic asanas, our foundation and gentle but powerful Kundalini techniques of strengthening, and activating the root chakra.
We will conclude with Aether, connecting all the elements into the wholeness, and will deeply explore the power of meditation.
This course will be a beautiful combination of multi style techniques discovering the benefits of them all; Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Yin, Himalayan Kundalini flow, Ashtanga and Face Yoga.
Yoga means unity. Finding the perfect balance in yoga practice through energetic and physical qualities of natural elements that make the practice accessible to everyone and allow to explore and enjoy the benefits of it all.
