VINYASA FLOW

Vinyasa simply means movement with breath. Each posture gently flows from one to another and creates a sequence which builds on balance, strength, flexibility, relaxation and general well-being. The class contains asanas (postures), breathing exercises and finishes up with relaxation/meditation practice. It is almost like a moving meditation, a dance made of postures that are deeply healing for our body, mind and spirit.
Suitable for everybody.

ASHTANGA VINYASA

Inspired by beautiful sequence of K. Pattabhi Jois, Ashtanga Vinyasa is a powerful practice, working on mind and body strength, determination and focus. Energetically, this practice is perfect for anyone that seeks physical and emotional stability and strengthening.

HIMALAYAN KUNDALINI

With its roots in the timeless Vedantic and Tantric Traditions, this practice contains powerful breath work techniques (Pranayama), Kundalini Kriyas, Freedom movements, Laya and Hatha Vinyasa practice. A Healing and transformative practice that guides us in the direction of our true nature. Perfect for increasing strength, vitality, and mental clarity.

We practice Yoga, to be able to sit still and meditate. Meditation practice starts with relaxation and breathing exercises. Patience and consistency rewards growth, calmness and tranquility.
