‘To realise one’s destiny is a person’s only obligation.’ - The Alchemist, Paulo Coelho
All truth is within you and with sitting still, the beauty of being reveals itself. Silence is the master teacher, and if you listen often, the sound of Universe whispers in your ear.
We practice Yoga, to be able to sit still and meditate. Meditation practice starts with relaxation and breathing exercises. Patience and consistency rewards growth, calmness and tranquility.
